Answer: Individuals who are travelling to other time zones can take 1 capsule of Pure Lab’s Slow Release Melatonin 10 mg at /or before bedtime while travelling and at their desired bed time once at their destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern (usually for 5 - 7 days).
